Definitely not worth staying here simply because of how long it takes management to resolve issues or comply with contractual agreements.
When my friend moved out, she had to leave a 1-star review to get a response and heard back within 10 minutes. Because they said they'd give her the check, she deleted the review. Then they ghosted her, yet again. Until finally management said they'd meet up with her at work to give her the check because the check previously sent "got lost in the mail"- she didn't hear back again. She continued following up, no reply. She has still not received a follow up from management but luckily discovered the check in the mail. It took 3 months for her to receive her deposit back. It seems unlikely that she would have received her deposit back had she not sent 10+ emails about it.
Pros- it's in a good area, they've updated a few of the apartments, and handled the boxelder bug invasion after multiple attempts of contacting management.
Cons- unfortunately, leaving 1-star reviews seems to be the only way to get a response from management.
