I submitted a maintenance request for a leaking sink, and the team fixed it within two hours. The techs Jose & Jason were very polite, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything worked before leaving. Excellent service!

The two girls helping me with all of my move in (Addyson & Sheyla) were super sweet & answered all of my questions very kindly!!! I’ve lived in a few different apartment complexes & by far this has been the easiest process & easiest I’ve ever been able to get a hold of someone!

I have to say trying to find the right apartment is tough, let alone the right PropertyManager! But Sheyla, the Property Manager at The Highland at Sugar House made the process so easy, and though we aren't getting this apartment, I have to say that she was so kind, insightful and just made me wish she was my current Property Manager! Then I would not be moving. She just made the entire experience amazing! She would have been the best to work with! I know whoever does get the apartment and gets to move in, will love working with her and love the Property as well!

The management is fantastic; they were so helpful in answering all my questions. Plus, itâs conveniently located, just a short 5-minute drive from the freeway. And there are plenty of great restaurants and fast food spots nearby.

Ever since the New management has been in the community has been so much better Sheyla is amazing!!! They are very responsive and fast when it comes to getting things fixed! It is also super affordable and is located in a good area!! Iâm pretty close to many things! Love love love this place

If I could say anything it would be I don’t have word enough to say thank you!!! I moved back home with an 8month old baby and found this apartment in the heart of sugar house that’s perfect !! I’m starting fresh and this is just everything!! The process was so easy and seamlessly done I applied Friday and by Saturday afternoon I was approved !! They gave me a great move in deal, reclined the carpets and were just amazing!!

The Highland is a quaint place in a nice neighborhood. The location allows easy access to shopping and restaurants, as well as great local schools. Move in process for us was a bit rough, but that was the result of a recent management change the complex underwent. Management was fair about the process and compensated me accordingly for my inconvenience. My one complaint would be that the apartments are renovated cheaply. Thereâs several layers of paint all over everything. If the complex had put more effort into renovating correctly, I would have given five stars.

I’ve had a great experience here. They are very friendly. The property manager is quick to respond and is able to answer all your questions within a timely matter. I would definitely recommend living here. It’s a little small but it’s perfect for a small family.

iâve lived at highland east for 3 years now and have loved it. the management is so kind and responsive and do their best to help with issues in a timely manner. the only reason iâm leaving is because we need a bigger apartment. if it werenât for that, iâd never leave!

My boyfriend and I have been living at Highland East for the past 7 months and we are thrilled with our choice to rent here! Everyone on staff is fantastic and have been more than helpful. Every interaction I’ve had with the property manager Elyce has been so friendly! She responds to emails quickly and goes above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness here. Thank you Elyce!! The apartments are located in a beautiful part of Sugar House, right next to the elementary school so there’s tennis and basketball courts basically on site. We love to go on walks, there’s lots of pretty houses to look at and so many flowers. And we love Blue Plate Diner which is right up the block- as well as a gas station, Chinese restaurant, and a grocery store all within walking distance, a Walmart up the road, Sugar House park 2 minutes away AND a bus stop right down the street. Plus they just brought those electric scooters to this part of town. I could go on forever about the location, it’s the best. Some of our favorite things about the apartment- we get lots of light, all of the appliances work, plenty of hot water, the layout is awesome for being such a cozy unit. The way it is spaced out makes it feel so much bigger than 600 square foot. All of our stuff fits perfectly, and the price is perfect for us young folk, especially for the location!! I also have 2 cats and they love it here, lots of room for running! The laundry room provided on site is great, it is well maintained and always clean. 99% of the time I take my laundry up, the machines are open and ready to be used and I love that I use an app on my phone to work them. It notifies me when my laundry is almost done so I can run errands without risk of forgetting. And I don’t have to deal with quarters because I can load funds onto the app. Not to mention all of the delicious restaurants nearby! I think I ordered delivery from 30 different restaurants so far lol! This has been a wonderful experience for us and we are really enjoying our stay here! We both highly recommended this apartment complex!!
